Lengthy and non-transparent application process.
I have received an invitation from HR to schedule a 2nd interview. For the first interview, the HR side would provide the interviewer position. In the 2nd phone interview invitation there is just the name of the interviewer. Later on I found out the interviewer is an intern, and FlixBus did not reveal such info.
The intern asked me questions that I have already been asked in the 1st interview, which is unnecessary.
From this it reflected how unprofessional FlixBus is in treating applicants.

The interview process consisted of 4 stages. Every stage is different and you talk to different people in the industry to get a good understanding of the job. verbal assessment designed to evaluate your thought process and problem solving abilities. This can feel a bit overwhelming if you deal with stress and anxiety. It is very long hiring process in my opinion. I managed to get to stage 3 and was very interested in the job. Maybe next time.

Some interview steps could have been avoided, like scheduling 2 times an identical 45 minutes Hiring Manager interview, in which the same questions were asked and skills tested. The next step would have been a live case study in the office, which I also consider pretty intimidatory.

Was quite simplified process. Moderate difficulty. There were two rounds, one with hiring manager and then with HR. Questions were related to motivation and about the skills for the position.
