The interview process consisted of three main stages: - HR interview – an initial screening focused on background, motivation, and general fit for the role and company. - Technical interview – included standard technical questions relevant to the role, as well as a code review exercise where you are asked to analyze and discuss existing code. - Team introduction & culture fit interview – a conversation with the team to understand working style, collaboration approach, and overall culture fit, including behavioral and situational questions

Overall, the interview went well. There were some standard questions about Java, OOP, and Spring. I also had a 30-minute session where I had to review code and identify different types of problems. The final step was a meeting with the team that included some behavioral questions
