I applied through Linkedin. However, without proper screening the recruitment team sends rejected mail.
This has become their natural behaviour everytime. Apparently they hire only those guys who are referred by their top management in India

Advice to FLIX team in EUROPE : As usual every good company from Europe, LATAM & APAC who comes to India ...it always get the Indian touch right from TOP management till recruiting and onboarding.
