I was contacted by Co-Founder/COO with a 'virtual' interview request for the Account Executive role. I just wanted to clarify role was listed as part-time (20 hrs per week) and contractor with the possibility of full time based on business needs. When I clicked on the link provided by her, I noticed this was an actual invite for a one way pre recorded video and not a two-way virtual interview (candidate/recruiter). I went against my better judgment and did the pre re corded video. It contained about 7 questions conducted by a robot. Hit the 'Submit' button and gave Co-Founder a few days to reply. To this day, I still have not received any response from company or HR representative regarding the one way video submitted. Two emails were sent to Co-founder, no response. Float Health is lazy, r-cist, inconsiderate and rude. Candidates beware and stay away from companies like this.
