Interview rounds where pretty good .1st round was to develop a Movie Review Website. If they like the Code and UI then they will callback for the second round .In 2nd round they reviewing my code and asking all possible questions on each component in the code and they asked me to add more features during the call and also there were some tricky javascript concepts and code snippets . 3rd round was on DS and some general questions on my previous work experience . 4th round was to develop TodoTask website and add some few functionalities to it also some css to it and aslo , js core concepts and tricky questions . I have answered all the questions . All the rounds went pretty smooth . But i got the mail stating that your performance and backgrounds were very impressive but your experience does not enough for the role. If I was inexperienced why did they short list my Resume and why all these interviews which took more than 25 days overall and i wasted time developing movie review websites. Should not have received the Recruiter call from this fraud company after knowing what happened in IIT

The process was smooth but the interviewer after initial few mins tried being smart but than became normal, I don't know how he was doing that thing. The thing I most disliked was the interviewer forgot my name at the end of interview. This is the worst thing and it damages the image of the company but also the interviewer too. I don't want to take name here. Overall it was a neutral exp but the interview should be according to the four levels they specify . If they ask everything in 1st round what is left then.
