For the most part it was great. Quick call with a memeber of HR. Then another call with the hiring manager. Both of those calls were great.
Last round was 4 30min calls with varying levels at the company. All the calls were great. They have very nice, super smart people working there. Calls were so good, 2 of the 4 people told me that they would ABSOLUTLEY reccomend me for the job.
2 weeks later I was told I didn't get the job because I didn't have enough Law Enforcement experience. Super strange as it was never asked about in my interviews.

Initial screening with the recruiter and then conversation with the Hiring Manager.
The interview was very conversational and informative about the company and position. I was able to ask several questions which were all openly and honestly answered.
The one frustrating thing is that even asked for feedback as to why I wasn't selected I wasn't given a response.
