first chat with the director, second chat with a recruiter already on the team, chat with hiring managers, etc in the first call she couldn’t even tell me what it process was. and that was the director! after I had a call with the recruiter on the team I realized what an absolute mess of a recruiting org this is. I would proceed with caution. things that recruiting teams should be doing aren’t even being thought of. also there was no answer on growth at all. think people are in roles and stuck for a while. look at the profiles of people that work there. ended up withdrawing my application.

overall great candidate experience. love how quick it was to get updates and the team members I met made me excited to potentially join. even though I did not get selected I appreciated the feedback and thought process of how they select a final candidate.

Contacted to schedule an interview, I scheduled the interview then was ghosted by the recruiter as they never showed up. I followed up with an email & never heard back. Stay away!
