HR screening video call 30 minutes, followed up by a meeting with the hiring manager. Both said they thought I’d be a fit. The hiring manager mentioned she’d wanted me to meet with other team members - never happened. I followed up politely twice and never heard from them. I don’t understand why ghosting candidates after multiple rounds became such a normal thing.
