Really strange interview. I applied on a whim, but they gave me a call back in mere hours with no experience in finance. During the interview, they asked me a lot of questions about my leadership and sales abilities, but almost nothing about my financial experience.

Before the interview, the firm has you join a Career Preview via Zoom to help determine whether the job is right for you. Then, afterwards, you will have your first of the two total interviews. If you advance after the first interview, you will have your second and final interview.
