Starting with a screening call then followed by a 30 min interview after those two mini interviews there is a final longer interview. Most of the interview process was pitching yourself for the position, no practical or analytical questions

Simple. It is a lot like athletic recruiting. Will make it seem as if you are the chosen one but in reality.. you know. I like to think that they mean well, and everyone begins their journey somewhere so depending where you are along your journey of advising it may be a solid beginning point.
