Both rounds were very behavioral. Be sure to be very personable, as it as a very loose interview. There is an info session before the first round of interviews, and Jason (the company's president) seems to be more interested in the people he brings in and training them well more than anything else.

Simple. It is a lot like athletic recruiting. Will make it seem as if you are the chosen one but in reality.. you know. I like to think that they mean well, and everyone begins their journey somewhere so depending where you are along your journey of advising it may be a solid beginning point.
