The FSU RA Interview Process is broken into two parts. The first part revolves around teamwork with you doing three activities with a team of 10-15 other people. Second part is a 20-30 minute interview at the end of the Interview Process where you will be interviewed by a current HS and current RA.

The interview process was made to be very easygoing and fun in order to show your true skills as a leader and individual. Part of the interview required you to work with others as a team and complete tasks while the other portion consisted of an individual interview.
