After taking two Internet surveys about my feelings about education, students, etc, I was called to set up a phone interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and I was asked several standard teacher interview questions. At the end of the call, I was told that I was recommended to move to the next step which will be various Webinars and a panel interview on Skype since I live outside of Florida.

Multiple "personality" tests to complete and a phone interview. Later to be foolowed by a full day length in person interview. In that one, there is a content area test. You are also interviewed with several other candidates at the same time. It gives it a bit of a Survivor feel.
