-Initial phone interview with the position's supervisor. Asked quite a few questions about experience, why you were leaving etc. Then explained that what the position would entail and if that would be an issue. About a 30 minute conversation.
Received a call back, then had an in person interview with the position supervisor and another manager ( I missed his title). Asked a few situational based questions on how to instruct/explain safety rules to those that do not follow . Some follow up questions from the first phone interview. After this interview, they found time with HR and I did an HR character background immediately after.
Then a scheduled interview with the company/plant VP, where benefits and salary were negotiated. Followed by an informal/verbal offer, which I accepted.
Formal offer from HR followed, which I also accepted.
The company was fantastic to interact with, always provided time tables for when they would return calls/provide updates, and they always were ahead of their time frame. Absolute pleasure throughout this process.
