Initial call with recruiter was great! She managed to explain the process, benefits etc very clearly. 2nd round was with team lead and another engineer. They haven’t even asked me any technical question and I was told next day I was not fit for the role. Not sure why I was evaluated and lined up for screening without even a single technical question.
