Het interview proces is zeer gestructureerd. De eerste twee rondes van testen (de numerieke test en de IQ-test) zijn relatief moeilijk en plaatst je in een stressvolle omgeving zoals bij de baan zou zijn. Het is belangrijk om kalm te blijven en niet op de anderen te letten, focus alleen op de problemen.

The interview experience with Flow Traders Hong Kong was challenging. The interviewers focused mainly on technical, probability, and math questions. Since I could not solve some probability and mental math problems, the interview did not go well. Strong practice in numerical reasoning and probability is essential.
