1. round math test. With enough time to prepare, should not be a problem. 2. round hr interview. Very though compared to other companies, they ask a lot of finance questions regarding their business and expect quick and precise answers. Also got caught off-guard by mental math like 68*67 where you have like 5 seconds to answer or you are out basically. The interview was quite unpleasant, I was interrupted after almost every second sentence and I felt like I was purposely put under pressure. I get that this is to test you because its important on the trading floor, but it felt very awkward. When I asked for more detailed feedback on why I was rejected, I never got a reply.
