Typical for online ESL companies... nothing unusual. I just did a quick demo lesson and answered questions about work experience and availability. It's important to be available during the evening hours in Poland.

After applying you will receive an email from them saying that they are processing you application and after , if they accept. You have to Conduct two demo lessons 10min both and answer some questions
