I was called for a phone interview in which after I was told that they were interested in having me take a board interview which was by 3 employees that were supervisors and then 2 managers after. I felt judged the entire time and they were incredibly unprofessional as they didn’t follow up with me after the interview. It’s okay for someone not to get a job, but to leave them hanging when you said you’d get back to them… No professional courtesy or thought other than for their bottom line. If they treat you this way during an interview, how do you think the job itself will be? Poor management and interview process.
