The interview process was quite straightforward, and the team I met was very friendly and lovely to chat with. Things changed, however, when the recruiter called to say they wanted to offer me the role. She mentioned the salary, and I asked for a bit more. She said she would try to negotiate something additional and get back to me by the end of the week. The next day, I received an email saying she hoped to have an answer by the beginning of the following week, but I didn’t hear anything. Despite my follow-up email, I received no response, only to later find out they had offered the job to someone else. It’s quite disheartening and unprofessional to treat candidates this way.

Very quick, but the recruiter did a very poor job. Not only she said they are interested in offering me a job, but at the end she never followed up. It turned out they promoted someone internally.
