This was a weird one. On the paper all good, they do not look at your resume, but give you some real world tasks to solve, so far so good. Once passed initial 2 tasks, there is a scheduled work day via Slack, where you have to discuss a possible feature (task 2) with a member of the team. and thats where things began to grind to a halt. Even though there was the day scheduled, I didn't receive the Slack invite until the very morning of the scheduled day, all my emails in that regard were completely ignored. I've ended up reaching the person responsible via Twitter and finally got the invite and we could proceed with the interview (at that time, I thought that the issue was due to the christmas/new year period). Once the workday was over, I have never heard from the Company back. All the emails & Twitter dm were unanswered, completely ghosted. Overall, the whole process felt like they wanted to have a chat with some engineers around the feature they are implementing and used the recruitment process in order to get that for free, I hope that I am wrong about it, but that's what it feel like from my side of the fence. So... it's up to you to decide if it worth to spend your time or not.
