I met with a few different stakeholders. While the actual meetings were great, the communication in between was abysmal. The process was overly drawn out and the recruiter was below average. They allowed emails with questions to go unanswered and I had to follow up several times in order to get next step information. The recruiter was on vacation twice during this process and did not have anyone else to communicate with during this time. The entire experience left a very bad taste in my mouth about Flywire. As a previous hiring manager, I would be highly embarrassed if my hiring team operated in this manner. From all of my research and actual meetings, it seems like Flywire is a great place to be but this kind of poor communication and feedback left a great deal to be desired. If I had received an offer, I'm skeptical that I would have accepted under those circumstances. Early red flags are difficult to ignore.

1. What does your day-to-day process look like for outbound sales? 2. Given your experience, why are you interested in this role?

Around five rounds of interviewing process. Make sure you smile all the way and be confident. Tip- the last round will be a blindfolded session for you to perform selling things ( just like how you will be doing on the plane).
