I had quite a disappointing experience with the interview process at this company. The scheduling was disorganized and communication was poor; it was difficult to get clear answers from them. They conducted multiple similar rounds of interviews without clear direction, and despite calling the final round a “formality,” it turned out to be another round of dismissive questioning. The Scrum Master conducting the interview repeatedly asked after every answer, ‘Have you actually worked on that?’ making the whole experience feel unprofessional and frustrating. In addition, they had me come to a rented office space, wait for about an hour, and then proceed with this unproductive final round.
