Initially, I spoke with a recruiter who then arranged an initial interview with the hiring manager. This was a short chat, talking about my experience as well as them telling me more about the role. After that I was invited fir the second interview with the manager and one of the team, I was asked some competency based questions and again had a chance to ask questions and find out more. This was the final stage of the process.
