3 circles (1st Interview, 2nd Interview, trial week). First I met with my immediate supervisor, she was very kind. Second I met with the CEO. She was also very nice and showed interest and was listening to me. In the trial week I had to show how I work, which worked out good in the end.

MONTHS TO HAVE A CONTRACT READY AND NON-EXISTENT INTERNAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS The first interview was fine, but after that, they reached me months later. This was odd as I thought maybe they already had someone else. They invited me to a last interview with the person who would be the boss. I must say the interview was not that prepared and he seemed to be in a hurry just to finish it. What concerns me the most was what happened next! I received a draft of what would be my contract and I was informed via telephone that I could start on a certain date. I asked when I would receive my final contract and their answer was when I start on my first day. Turns out to be that on my first day, the person in the office had NO IDEA I was starting on that day. I was sent back home and after this, NO APOLOGY came via email either from the company or from the person who assure me I was starting on that day. Instead, one month later they had the nerve still to call and tell me they were still working on my contract. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go through this as I find it unprofessional and unfair to do that to someone who is looking for a job.
