An hour long interview with the store manager. I was asked questions about past retail experiences, skills from past experiences. Questions on how I would fulfil the required roles, and adapt to company's culture and worldview.

Asked to see my right to work documents, were nice and friendly but kind of a long interview with two managers - two pages of questions that I had to answer and they were taking note of answers. Said they’d get back to me in the following week but I had to chase them up for an update.
