There will be an aptitude test even for laterals. A telephonic technical round will be conducted. Some times a client technical round will take place and finally an hr round.

Normal interview questions with a mix of programming language basics. On ad-hoc very skilled employees might join the interviews. Mostly they care about whether you can program well or not. Nothing else is more important here. Rest of your qualities are less important. They need people who can work like robots and stay all day/night here.
