The interview process was long and carefully considered. I actually reached out to Focus Lab directly when no positions were posted and spoke to the co-founder and lead developer and my now boss, about opportunities for development at Focus Lab. I continued to follow up until I was able to meet with them. The company was beyond my dreams when I read reviews, watched their videos and read countless blog posts. I was not initially considered but kept in contact until a need arose and when the opportunity came, I was first in line. I interviewed a few times and even took a slight pay cut for the first 90 days to prove myself. It was so worth it and I couldn't be more blessed to have kept my head up and my eyes open for the right opportunity at the JUST RIGHT place.
