The process was very quick! The background check was followed by a 40 minutes phone screening and the invitation for the super-day followed right after (the week after I had to be in Madrid). The interviews were mainly focused on personality, ability to quickly relocate and cope with the fast-paced lifestyle required by the position. No need for industry knowledge or prior experience but they do look for someone highly oriented towards sales! (this is not as clear from the job description)
