I went through three rounds of interviews. One with the recruiter, the direct hiring manager, and someone I would work closely with day to day. All three conversations were positive and substantive. In the final interview, the interviewer mentioned that the next step would be a meeting with the CFO. I never heard back. No follow-up from the recruiter, none from the hiring manager. I reached out multiple times and received no reply from anyone.
