They had total 5 steps , the first step was an mcq conducted during job fair at our university fast then on-spot short interview. After that 3rd was a coding assignment, then 4th was another Technical Interview and 5th was also Technical Interview. Around 60 cleared till interview 2 then remaining only 6-9 candidates were called to attempt coding test step 3 , and 4 of the students cleared all 5 interviews. After all this process , the HR emailed the successful candidates that they cleared the interviews but they do not have any vacancies. So what was the need of all these interviews of you do not have any vacancies? HR getting bored and scheduling random interviews ?

My interview experience at Folio3 was straightforward. The focus was on core concepts: OOP principles, database topics (joins, normalization), and fundamental data structures (linked lists, trees, arrays, stacks). IQ problem-solving was also tested with puzzles involving coin weight and water jug capacities. Overall, the interview covered essential technical and problem-solving skills.
Heavier Coin Puzzle: You are given a set of nine identical-looking coins, out of which one coin is heavier than the others. You have a balance scale that you can use only twice. How would you identify the heavier coin?
Water Jug Problem: You have two water jugs, one that can hold 8 liters and another that can hold 5 liters. You also have access to an unlimited supply of water. Your goal is to measure out exactly 4 liters of water using these jugs.
Water Jug Problem: You have three water jugs with capacities of 8 liters, 5 liters, and 3 liters. Currently, the 8-liter jug is filled with water. Your task is to measure exactly 4 liters of water. You can use the jugs to transfer water between them, but you cannot estimate quantities. How can you achieve the goal?

Questions asked were general related to oop,ds,db. Asked to solve 3 problems on paper and an sql query. Shown code for upcasting and downcasting and asked which is one is which. and other linkedlist, array and basic ds stuff
The Interview Process was not that much difficult as people think It was like normal interviews just with some moderate DSA problems, OOP and DBMS problems were also asked in my interview so better to prepare these three before going to the interview
