Very detailed, good questions. At the end they required a work sample followed by a presentation. Not sure about work/life balance, it seems a lot of the employees were on the young side.
I had several interviews for a manager-level position. The interviewers were nice but did not seem clear about what they wanted for this position and seemed to struggle upon answering how to best onboard this person. I ultimately think it was a good idea that it did not work out.
