Met at a job fair with many other people, filled out an on-site application, then did a brief interview. Afterwards visited the store that I was interested in and spoke with the store manager, after another interview, got the job offer.

the interview process was very simple and very quick. I was asked basic questions and had to bring all my require documents for employment. Not hard at all, just make sure you come ready to be told a lot. And maybe even right down you clock in number and password.
