Short, sweet, and to the point. They asked me very detailed questions about different scenarios and how I would handle situations. I was interviewed by the department manager and the store manager. It was a relaxed setting where you would feel comfortable making small talk or joking with the interviewers. If you didn't understand some of their questions, they would rephrase the question so you could have a proper response. They were open about the challenges of the position and if I were to receive the position (which I did) that they would be supportive and help me whenever I needed advice or had questions.

Asked how I would fit in this job, what was my toughest situation and how did I manage it, and just questions that management would have to be able to handle whenever problem arises. They wanted to see how I would respond, and what kind if good answers I could provide.
