The recruiter, Marnie, reached out to me after I applied via LinkedIn. She was nice and friendly explained the interview process and was understanding of the fact that I was interviewing with other companies, so she set up the next interview very quickly.
The second interview went well- I was asked A LOT of questions almost in a rapid fire way, but the guy was super nice and I appreciated his transparency about the role.
I thought it went well but hadn’t heard back. After nearly three weeks I reached out to the recruiter who simply responded that they put the role on hold and were no longer hiring at that moment.
While I appreciate her response and understand that that happens, I would have loved to know or gotten an update as opposed to just waiting, wondering, and assuming.

Are you willing to travel within LA for this role and work in an office
The most unprofessional interview experience I’ve ever had. The recruiter was very late to call me. Then mid conversation she hangs up. I call her back, but she doesn’t answer. 15 minutes later she calls back like nothing happened. No apologies or anything. The rest of the conversation went well. I have now reached out twice to follow up, and the she has ghosted me. I recommend not wasting your time interviewing with them.

I was contacted quickly by their recruiter after applying (within 2 days). After providing meeting times to the recruiter, she was radio silent for two weeks. At which time, all of the offered meeting times had passed. I followed up to provide alternative times, and again radio silence. I finally heard back three weeks after she initially reached out to me. She insisted on urgency and wanted to interview first thing the very next morning. She was 15 minutes late to the interview, and had a hard out, so I had to do in the moment replanning to accommodate her poor planning. Overall, the interview went well but fell off after I opened up the discussion to their compensation. They were offering below market value for compensation for the position. I advised that I would be looking for compensation slightly above that, and I never heard from them again.
