Thank you for your feedback. We try to run a quick interview process (2-3 weeks from start to finish) but with the volume of open roles and holiday break it sounds like it was longer than that. While the case study is an important part of our interviews, we try to keep it lightweight so that preparation requires no more than 1-2 hours. Your comment is a good reminder that we should underscore that when candidates are invited to that final stage. Thank you in particular for your feedback on the sequencing of reference checks. It appears we did not follow our normal sequencing due to the volume of candidates at later stages of the interview process. I apologize for the frustration and extra effort for you and your reference. Our salary ranges for these roles are posted to ensure no mismatch in expectations. This is a change we implemented in 2022 and I believe for the most part has been successful.
