Group interview, around 90 minutes. Starting with introductory task, i.e. getting to know the people at the interview with you. Activity finding out everything you can about the person next to you in 1 minute, then present to the group what you’ve learnt. Group task, assigned to partners to design your own shoe & sell/promote it to the rest of the group. Individual task, pick a shoe off the wall & tell the group why you picked it. Selling task, pick a shoecare item from the box & sell it to one of the managers (e.g. Crep Protect spray). Then finally a few questions directed at the whole group.

first I was contacted by phone and asked a few questions. This was followed by a group interview/games, and then a one on one interview where i was offered the job.
the interview process was very easygoing, come prepared to ask questions, and make sure you're maintaining eye contact. be ready to answer questions on your style and why you think you'll be a good fit for the position.

public interview to see if people would speak out. I personally loved the interview experience because it taught me not to be scared to speak in public enviroments. unfortunately I did not get the job on the spot I had to call them.
