I got called in for a group interview, everyone was put into groups and had to act role play related to customer/employee situations. This was followed by 1-1 interview with one of the managers.

Straightforward process. I had a phone interview initially, asking why I wanted to work at Foot Locker and my experience.
The Group interview was also straightforward, they wanted to see how well I related with others in the interview.

Waited around 30 mins to be called in for interview and in the mean time, waited within the store. Brief, informal chat with manager about CV. For example previous work experience, hobbies, education and qualification. Asked a few questions testing my knowledge on sales etc. Never got a response letting me know how the interview went.
