Very relaxed, had the interview in the mall food court.
The person I was interviewing with seemed nice, and the interview itself wasn't stressful. Fairly easy questions asked, and it took about 20-30 minutes. Unfortunate part was that I never received a call back about the job. A call saying I didn't get the job would have been appreciated instead of nothing!

It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
