I applied and got a week later from the assistant manager and at first it was kind of a phone interview, then the manager told me to come in for an actual interview which was a one on one interview. Asked basic questions you normally hear at the interview and got offered the job at the interview

It was 10-15 minutes. Went pretty easy. They asked about me random questions and then told me about the job. The interviewer was nice and told me not to worry and that it is just general things.
The interview was quick and easy. They asked basic sales-related questions and just wanted to make sure you would be pleasant and helpful. No in-depth shoe knowledge is necessary. Not for you if you want to be a laid back sales person.
