Phone interview, then interviewed at their office in Gothenburg, then a take home programming test you're unrealistically expected to sprend 2 to 4 hours on(seemed like unpaid work). Spent my weekend on the assignment, submitted it and never heard back from them until I reached out to ask what's going on. Very unprofessional! Any company that don't respect you enough to get back to you after two rounds of interviews and a take home test, run away!
