Basic interview questions, confidence check, ethics and value testing, knowledge testing, general knowledge and general awareness, writing skills, etc. nothing fixed any type of test can happen. the candidate has to be confident about himself and also should have some basic general knowledge about our country. most important point is value and ethics should be high.
