Simple interview process with the owner. She didn’t ask much about my experience . She told me to tell her about myself so I talked about my resume. Less than 15 mins.
They went over the job description first, and asked for an introduction. It was more about the job expectation than an interview. They gave examples of what working here or working with children would look like.
