First a phone screen, and if there is interest you'd move forward with two in person interviews. One interview with two executive underwriters, and then an interview with a director and manager. Each interview lasted about 25-35 minutes each. Things definitely moved quickly for my application process, so I am not sure you should expect a lengthy interview or feel like it was short. Everyone was very cordial and asked mostly standard behavioral questions. It seems like a candidate with a Finance/Accounting degree and background will have stronger chances.

The interview with the team leads was a pleasant experience and actually made me interested in working there. But once you get to the directors, all interests suddenly vanish when you get a weird vibe. Look around the office and you’ll see if you fit in or not. They seem to be looking for specific kinds of employees if you know what I mean. I didn’t believe the reviews here at first, until I experienced them. Past employees wrote horror stories about leadership, and I kinda understand.
