It went very smoothly from my initial conversation with the recruiter Tanya Conrad, to my conversations with the other assistants to the VP level executives. The whole process was easy and very comfortable

ForcePoint is deeply disorganized and lacking in communication across teams (even close-connecting), including regarding this role and how it was initially posted and explained. I participated in a total of 4 interviews. My initial conversations with the first HR person and one of the leaders were both incredibly kind and inviting, I was asked to speak with another HR person to gain further insight and clear up changes in the role. My fourth interview with next HR person (I would also be working closely with) was probably one of my worst interviewing experiences to date. This person not only grilled me during the interview, asking the same questions in different forms, having to repeat myself several times but also made disparaging comments about a coworker and towards my own professional capabilities and aspirations. They informed me of the changes such as: instead of directly supporting 2 and indirectly a team of 5, it became directly supporting all 7+ possibly more. Also, from what I understood this would be my final interview but this person said there would be two more interviews (6 total). From the strange wording to questions, disparaging comments and many changes, It went from my once top-choice company to immediately withdrawing. When I contacted the first HR person to withdraw, I was told they were ready to extend (and increase) an offer for '$'. I circus might run better than this place.
