First of all they sent me four long documents to translate; two in German to English and two in English to German with a time limit of only 1 hour!!
Then, a German expert called and talked to me in German. She asked me to introduce myself, talked about my work experience etc. to test my German language skills. It took 10-15 minutes.
Then, they called me in the company office for the Panel interview. It had that German expert and two managers from the operations team.
It was a grilling session. They asked me various questions about my last job profile, challenges I faced in my work, why Ford, my strengths etc. Then the German expert spoke to me for 5 minutes and again tested my German skills.
The most irritating question which they kept on asking repeatably was "what is your marital status?" "what are you marriage plans?" "when will you get married?" I wanted to tell them its none of your business but obviously couldn't say such words.
Also, they have 10 hours of shift; 9 hours of work and 1 hour of break!!!!! I think no other company does this.
And yes, they called me at 9:00 in the morning for the interview and kept me waiting till 3:45 in the evening. I was so exhausted waiting till that time that I was not even interested in giving the interview!!!!
