If you applying through staffing than interview process is very easy and straight forward. But the thing is you have to wait for interview after submitting application. usually it takes 7-10 days to getting an interview and 7-10 day for the documentations but it totally depends upon the hiring manager. So my suggestion is keep applying until you got any opportunity what you want and don't loos you patience.
