There was IQ, maths and personality tests on assessment day. Afterwords, there were 2 case studies one with presentation. Few weeks after assessment center, I was called and offered an face-to-face interview for maintenance engineering which is not related to the job I applied for.

one round interview process. One hour interview across the technical and all other soft skills questions. Technical part covered more about the previous work experiences and projects I did. Soft skill questions included the project management and the previously project example.

There were three interviewers, all behavior questions and last 30 minutes. The interview was shaky because the questions were unusual but they were supportive of the answers and very communicative.
