I was set up for an interview at the Ford Talent Center in Michigan. They interview in groups (different candidates for different jobs; think job fair). Went in back room and interviewed with three managers for two hours. Rigorous multi-faceted situation and informational questions both on the technical and PM side.

Poor experience. Recruiting interview was via Teams on camera. Interview wasn’t structure and the recruiter wasn’t organized and came off unprofessional. She also wore a pink sweatshirt for the interview.

I spent 40 minutes with two Supervisors on the team in an oversize conference room. They took turns describing the job and work environment and then asked me to describe myself and my job history. I asked a couple questions related to the turn around on their decision. They said it "would only take a couple days." That was 23 days ago and still we have no answer.
