I applied online and received a phone call regarding my resume a few days later. We set up an interview the following day. I was greeted and asked to fill out a paper application. I then was taken into an office with the dealership's General Manager. He described the dynamics of the job and then asked my why I would be a good fit. Half way through the interview, the President of the dealership stepped in. He did not say a word or introduce himself. He just sat silently listening to the interview process. He then asked me where I pictured myself in 5 years. After I answered his question and he turned to the General Manager and said," I like her, hire her!". I was very excited, however, surprised. The interview process was originally meant to be completed in a two part process. I had only completed the first process and was already offered the position.

Very professional and clean process. They followed up after every interview and provided information about what to expect. The first interview was via Webex, and the second was at their offices.
